Junior Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full-process follow-up of market development and sales for environmental protection projects, including industrial wastewater and exhaust gas treatment as well as sewage operation and maintenance.
2. Develop new customers, with a focus on expanding into high-pollution industries such as biopharmaceuticals, chemicals, food processing, and dyeing and printing; maintain customer relationships.
3. Coordinate with the technical department to develop plans, participate in project bidding, business negotiations, and contract signing;
4. Regularly analyze sales data, develop sales plans, and ensure that sales targets are met.
5. Control sales expenses and handle customer complaints and after-sales service issues.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above; more than 4 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years of experience in selling environmental protection projects.
2. Familiar with environmental protection policies, mainstream technologies, and bidding procedures, and possess a certain level of technical comprehension.
3. Possess customer resources or channel resources, enabling rapid market expansion;
4. Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and a sense of teamwork;
5. Preference will be given to candidates with successful project sales experience.
6. Proficient in Office productivity software and able to adapt to frequent business trips.
7. Possesses good moral character, strong stress tolerance, and keen market insight.
