Channel Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for end-to-end channel sales support for environmental protection projects (including industrial wastewater and exhaust gas treatment, as well as sewage operation and maintenance).
2. Expand and maintain target channels such as design institutes, state-owned enterprises under group management, and listed companies, and continuously obtain project information.
3. Develop new customers, with a focus on expanding into high-pollution industries such as biopharmaceuticals, chemicals, and dyeing and printing; maintain customer relationships.
4. Coordinate with the technical department to develop plans, participate in project bidding, business negotiations, and contract signing;
5. Achieve the sales targets set by the company (including trial-period and annual contract amounts, profit margins, etc.);
6. Control sales expenses and handle customer complaints and after-sales service issues.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above; more than 6 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years of experience in channel or project sales within the environmental protection industry.
2. Familiar with environmental protection policies, mainstream technologies, and bidding procedures, and possess technical comprehension skills.
3. Possesses abundant channel resources (such as design institutes and group-based enterprises), enabling rapid establishment of a sales network;
4. Excellent market development skills, communication and negotiation abilities, and a strong sense of teamwork;
5. Preference will be given to candidates with successful project sales experience and established channel resources.
