Technical Features of the Equipment:
The overall design adopts a tower structure with distinct core advantages:
First, an efficient water distribution system can promote thorough contact and mixing between wastewater and denitrifying bacterial sludge, significantly boosting denitrification efficiency, shortening reaction time, and directly reducing tower volume, thereby enabling equipment miniaturization.
Second, the large‑scale recirculation system is precisely tailored to meet the denitrification requirements of high‑concentration nitrate wastewater, ensuring that the alkalinity of the treated effluent increases only slightly and thereby avoiding subsequent costs associated with acid–base adjustment.
Third, optimizing the sludge separation system can minimize microbial loss, effectively extend the strain replenishment cycle, and reduce equipment operating costs at the source.
Application Advantages:
• It can save a significant amount of land, and because it uses a non-concrete structure, the construction period is greatly shortened.
• Reduce the large amount of acid used after treatment for pH adjustment, thereby lowering chemical costs.
• The optimized sludge separation system can employ either an internal separation or an external separation system, or a combination of both, making it suitable for wastewater treatment in a variety of scenarios.
