Ozone Catalytic Oxidation
Building on our company’s traditional ozone oxidation technology, we have innovatively upgraded the process by introducing long‑lasting heterogeneous catalysts. Under ambient temperature conditions, these catalysts efficiently convert ozone into highly oxidative hydroxyl radicals (·OH), leveraging the strong oxidizing properties of ·OH to rapidly degrade organic pollutants in water, thereby overcoming the limitations of low efficiency and incomplete pollutant degradation inherent in conventional ozone oxidation reactions.
Process Characteristics:
• Introducing heterogeneous catalysts enables non‑selective oxidation with strong oxidizing power and excellent treatment performance.
• It employs a high‑efficiency ozone dissolved gas system to enhance the dissolution efficiency of ozone gas and effectively reduce the amount of ozone added.
• Operating under ambient temperature and pressure, with no increase in salinity, which is conducive to subsequent treatment processes such as desalination.
• No solid waste is generated, reducing solid waste disposal costs.
• A new, long‑lifespan heterogeneous catalyst that minimizes the impact of operational wear and tear on wastewater treatment efficiency.
Catalyst Advantages: 
• A composite, porous, high‑strength silicon/aluminum material is used as the catalyst support. Thanks to its unique product configuration, the packing remains stable, is resistant to caking, boasts a long service life, and eliminates the need for regular replenishment.
• It employs a variety of catalytic components—transition metals, rare metals, and rare earth metals—as effective catalysts, exhibiting strong adaptability to different types of wastewater and high catalytic activity.
• High wear resistance and compressive strength; the active components are firmly bonded to the support, with no leaching.
• A large specific surface area accelerates reaction rates, enhances ozone utilization, and improves the removal efficiency of organic pollutants.
