• Can be paired with an online backwash system to periodically flush the modules and prevent sludge buildup.
• It can be paired with sludge scrapers to reduce the height of the settling and sedimentation equipment, improve sludge discharge performance, and facilitate skid-mounted transportation of the entire unit.
Application Advantages:
• Small footprint: Thanks to its high surface loading—2 to 4 times that of conventional inclined plate settlers—the footprint is approximately 50–75% of that of traditional sedimentation tanks.
When used with a sludge scraper, it can significantly reduce pool depth, enhance land utilization, and save on civil engineering costs.
• High flexibility in process design: Modular units can be combined at will and customized for production, free from constraints imposed by tank dimensions, making them suitable for a wide range of operating conditions.
• Short construction period and long service life: The system can be supplied as a complete skid-mounted unit, with a short delivery schedule and long service life due to factory‑made assembly.
